Reimbursement by Statutory Health Insurance
The entry into force of the German Act on Reorganization of the Pharmaceutical Market (AMNOG) on 1 January 2011 brings with it new regulations governing reimbursement by the statutory health insurance.
We provide advice and guidance on all questions concerning the evaluation of benefit under Sec. 35a of the Social Welfare Code (SGB), Vol. V, also in cooperation with the law firm
Meisterernst Rechtsanwälte.
Together with our network of cooperation partners, we provide assistance in relation to imminent clinical trials. We develop the design of studies with you and support you throughout their implementation in order to obtain an evaluation of benefit.
We also assist you in compiling the relevant documentation.
